Mr. Haddock has been Finance Manager for Colorado Comprehensive Spine Institute and the Englewood Surgery Center since August, 2007. Prior to his current position he served eight years as Finance Manager and General Manager for Service Corporation International's western division, with headquarters in North Hollywood, California.

Mr. Haddock received his Master of Health Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2006, Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver in 1997, and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 1992. Mr. Haddock's background includes over 20 years of business management, management training, financial management and analysis, and internal controls. As an outside interest Mr. Haddock is a professional part-time musician, and plays drums for bands in the Denver area.
