Dr. Schmidt summarizes his philosophy and care as:
“I specialize in Rehabilitative Medicine (optimizing our ability to heal ourselves through exercise and physical modalities), and Interventional Pain Medicine (use of advanced injection techniques to provide pain relief). I spend time with my patients formulating a comprehensive and holistic regimen to maximize function and minimize troubling symptoms. I work with patients to achieve the correct diagnosis and formulate a sustainable treatment plan. My goal is to restore function lost due to injury, illness or disability through treatment of the whole person, not just the problem area. I will explain your condition and treatment options and develop a treatment plan with you.”
