Jackie F. Wiley is currently the Billing Manager of Colorado Comprehensive Spine Institute. Jackie oversees all front desk functions and billing for the practice and has an excellent knowledge of insurance and Medicare billing. Her background in surgical coding helps makes her a key member of the office staff.

Jackie has been with Dr. Frey since 1995. Shortly after joining the practice she took over all surgical scheduling and insurance coding. She has extensive knowledge of insurance and Medicare guidelines and her knowledge is often put to the test when the inevitable insurance problems or questions arise, especially when surgery is involved. Jackie oversees all front desk operations, including staff scheduling and training, ensuring that all patients are treated with the courtesy and respect that they deserve.
